Our commitment
TestMyVibes is committed to making our website and product usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our public marketing surfaces, customer dashboard, and worker portal.
What we do
- Every form field on signup, login, checkout, and the dashboard has an associated
<label>with a matchingfor/idpair, so screen readers announce the field's purpose. - Decorative images use empty
alt=""; informative images carry descriptive alt text. - A "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Color contrast on body text, headings, and buttons is tested against the 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (large text + UI components) thresholds.
- The cookie consent banner is dismissible, granular (reject / essential / accept all), and auto-collapses to an unobtrusive corner pill after 10 seconds so it never permanently blocks content.
- Our customer-facing test reports include screenshots with descriptive captions and the full agent action trail in machine-readable JSON for assistive-tech consumption.
Known limitations
We dogfood our own product to catch accessibility regressions. As of the effective date above, our automated audit flagged the following items still in our backlog:
- Color contrast tuning on a small number of secondary text + button combinations.
- Keyboard focus order on some multi-step modal flows.
- Skip-navigation link styling refinements.
We are addressing these in the regular release cadence (see release notes).

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any TestMyVibes surface, email support@testmyvibes.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and what blocked you. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix or document a workaround within ten business days for items in our control.
